Meaningful Mornings (Pt. 1)

It's never too late to start over. If you weren't happy with yesterday, try something different today. Don't stay stuck. Do better.

I always wake up early, usually around 5am every morning. I use to get up and have a shot of Whiskey and then I'd just wander around my apartment... preparing my mind for the day. But I know that having whiskey in the morning is a bad habit that I need to get rid of, because I've been doing that sort of thing for years. But preparation isn't the same as focus, because I'll be honest, when I'm tipsy in the morning I find myself focusing on the wrong things, and not on the right things. And to be honest, there have been days especially on the weekends (today included), in which I'll have a shot of whiskey... and continue having a shot of whiskey. The reasons I use to do it is because of despair. And maybe that is something

I desire for my days to have more meaning, I need to wake up and have 3 daily goals that I do before I start my day. I can't use past fake goals because nothing back then really impacted my days. So, today I'm going to come up with 3 daily goals that will help create a meaningful state of mind.

Daily Goals
  1. Fitness (Tight & Tone Routine)
  2. Bass Guitar (Dexterity Exercises)
  3. ???
Not sure about #3 as of yet... I need to think about it some... look at my core values with my goals and see what else I can incorporate into that. I'll have the full list when I write my evening blog.
