The Evening Bike Commute



My phone is shit, I need a new phone... maybe an iphone so I can take better quality pictures. But I've been bike commuting as much as possible this week. Today, I rode my bike to work.. and going forward I'll be taking pictures of my commute, because I believe it makes the daily experience more meaningful. I even decided to lift weights when I got home, because my core is really weak. I'll admit, I was exhausted afterwards, but that is a good thing in my book. Because it means I'm doing things right... I'm going to start logging my measurements on Monday, so I can keep a weekly log regarding my progress. But I'm going to stay focused, and work harder and harder every minute of the day to improve my life.

I want to work harder and harder, so that I can get below 200lbs, that has been my goal since October of 2014, to work harder... but I can't give up... I won't let doubt or anything negative deter me from my goals. So tomorrow, morning I'm going to go for another bike ride and include a workout regiment... but I think I should wait until at least Sunday... so the weight lifting I did today won't do damage to my body.
