Bad Night

I had another episode last night (04/24/2015) and I confessed while I was having an episode. The confession wasn't bad, I just needed to be honest and open about my week to Lisa. But along the way I confessed other things I shouldn't have said or even mentioned. But I have a lot of work to do, things obviously went on yesterday before I got home that caused me to explode like I did... I just have to outline my day and figure out what the triggers were. And I think this is the best way to record or document my episodes since trying to remember them is down right impossible.
