... Not sure where I heard the phrase, but it goes like this... there is no substitute for hard work. I mean, I could easily just look it up but that isn't my reason for wanting to use it, I just want to show myself that working hard means better rewards for myself. It's been a very productive week, I'm no longer using social media to log my daily routines for riding my bike or going to the gym, the only thing that matters to me are the results. And I want more results in my life.
