Alright... so I decided to ride my bike this morning... and I'll admit I feel so exhausted and woozy. I slept pretty good, but I felt that I needed to get back towards losing some more weight, so I'm feeling pretty good about this morning's ride. But I won't be overdoing it though, just going to ride to and from work... no lunch time rides and such.
