It's not that things haven't been at times a bit rough. Everyone has a rough path in any friendship/relationship. It's just the nature of people connecting, heads are going to butt, emotions are going to fluctuate and expand, and people are going to focus on other aspects of their lives. In my case, it's no different, except that I want every element of my life to change. I want new friendships/relationships with people, I want them to be meaningful, and I want them to be based on a strong connection and understanding. Trying to explain that is very hard, it's like I'm walking fast and people want me to slow down so they can catch up. I'm a lion, I walk in the front and it's up to everyone else to find a way to keep up.

In this life we all have to march to our own drum, we have to become what we are meant to become, and no one should stand in our way when it comes to achieving that. You only live once, and once your time is up... it's up.

We don't have time to be inactive, we don't have time to be bored, we have to get up out of our chairs and go after what we want. There are always things that need to be done... a Lion isn't going to just sit around waiting for things to happen, he's going to make things happen, because he has a job to do... he has to protect his group, do the hunting, and make sure they have the things they need in order to make it through the day.

Hell, be like Rick Grimes... just take control and be a leader... if need be. But don't just sit there, thinking you are owed something by someone... you have to fight for it. Yes, I love people deeply, but if you want to be with me, you have to be WITH ME.
