Drinking & Exercise

Yes, I had some drinks on Friday... and yes... it was a big mistake. When I left work on Friday, I was at 203.5 lbs, and when I got to work this morning... I'm at 206.5 lbs. So, I'm like... geez.. where the hell did the 3 lbs come from. And then it hit me... it came from the Fireball Whiskey, also... me and my wife played a drinking game with the Fireball. It wasn't my idea, and I think if I hadn't been exhausted... I would've suggested using Beer instead of Whiskey for the drinking game.

I guess, I could blame my wife because she was so motivated to get drunk. Well, I got drunk then I got sick for 2 days from the drinking on Friday Night. And now it's Monday morning, and I'm annoyed because I picked up 3 lbs. My goal is to be back at 175 lbs... then I'll be toned and lean again... and I might even attempt to gain some serious muscles back.

However, I think I need to make a rule... no more hard liquor. Just have a light beer so I don't mess up everything that I'm trying to fix in my life.

I think the lesson here is simply this... don't do things that will hinder or destroy all the work you've done in your life. One bad choice can have serious consequences that will make you feel as though you did all that work for the previous week for nothing!!!!
