I've been in a long distance relationship with my fiancee for a long time (4+ yrs). As I was explaining to Lisa during our 30 minute walk around the city last night, its the non-verbal communications that can make long distance relationship very difficult. It's the things that people share with each other that aren't based on verbal speech. Ya know, like that look, the glance, that stare, the hug, the kiss, and even simply wanting to hold someone's hand. But while I'm here, I'm going to make sure that me and Lisa can try to find some new ideas to make the time apart more easier to handle, especially since I can't visit her as often as I have in the past.
Although, I wonder what I'll be like once I go back to the states... I just hope its not like the way things have been for the last few months. I don't like fighting or getting upset.
