Gas Sucks... Ride a Bike...

Tomorrow I get to start bike commuting again. I did around 5 miles as soon as I got home. Now the key here, is to continue riding and not stopping until I've dropped 40lbs.

My goal is to lose 40lbs in 12 Weeks, but I don't officially start Week #1 until next week.
